This project is an adaptation for the web of a python script that was wrote for the Photographers' Gallery Small File Festival in London and wins an award in the Rip and Burn category. Tout maintenant (Everything Now) is a recursive image compression program build to degrade JPG images. It's an adaptation of Mike Watson's twitter bot JPEG bot. An image is compressed and saved recursively, i.e. on the previous version of the same image. The source images are press images of spectacular fires.
